<P style="MARGIN: 0px">We have been fighting through the weather and fishing when we can over here. I snuck out on a private 36 contender on tuesday the day the tropical storm made landfall in texas. We played around in close before the call was made to head long and we ran into a great tuna bite. Using small hardtails and topwater poppers we had two straight quadruple headers out to the east. There were acres of fish coming up. After an hour and a half we had nine yf in the box and a couple dolphin before we had to hightail it in before dark.<P style="MARGIN: 0px">I ran the same boat on wed and we went south to look around and see what was out there. Soon as we got there we realized it was gonna work out as we saw tuna jumping everywhere. WE had caught about 60 baby hardtails so I was able to do a little live chumming as we had fish blowing up behind our boat. It was an amazing day and we had 14 yf in the box by noon when we made the call to head back in and have some cocktails. <P style="MARGIN: 0px">The fish generally feed real strong after a storm moves through and this time we had a 2 day awesome bite.<P style="MARGIN: 0px"><P style="MARGIN: 0px">I ran a day trip on my palmetto yesterday with Ron Jordan, Todd Volkmann and their sons and fishing was back to normal. We picked up 4 yf on live bait in the morning and then they slowed down. Caught a bunch of bonito, small yf, and blackfins on poppers later on but nothing for the box.<P style="MARGIN: 0px"><P style="MARGIN: 0px"><P style="MARGIN: 0px">
