Default Bob Sikes

Sat. night, took my oldest and his friend. Some friends of ours joined us for a fairly action filled night. White trout are thick, left em bite'n. No Spanish, lots of hardtail getting caught in the line, no crabs. Two Bull reds were caught by other fisherman, I wish there was an FWC officer to bust someone with keeping one:nonono. Other than that, had a great time and:letsdrink. Few pics, and is this a small drum in the top of the pic or a whiting? If it's a whiting, I need to sew the fillets back on and record em. 2.9 pounds on the meat scale, ate good tonight though! Hope you enjoyed the report as much as I enjoyed being out there with my family and catching a few!

That fish on the top is actually a very large ground mullet aka southern kingfish. Congrats.

We used to fish ther about 20 years ago. We'd go there and stay out there all night. What fun! Looks like you guys had a great night too! Brings back old memories! Great job! And it looks like the kids were impressed too!

Tight Lines!
