Reel Addiction Charters....6/16

Ran a morning trip with a group from Tallahassee. The plan was to get beat to death and try to get on some snapper and red grouper. Right out the pass we scored on the beat to death so we attepted to catch some live bait. After about 10 minutes and 25 live baits were off to the west about 10 miles. The first stop we managed a limit of snapper to 10 lbs and were off to round 2. I hit some of my red grouper holes and got some real good bites but these guys just couldnt get them out of the holes. They also caught some super nice Triggers that had to be returned. Got a couple short reds and a few nice gags and they dicided they wanted some meat. I hit a white snapper hole for about an hour that produced 55 and back in we went. Had a good morning with these guys, it was rough for the first 3 hours but slacked up a little about 11.....

Great job Mickey. There has been some big seas out there. Glad you had the nerve to even try them. I wimped out and stayed on the hill. Your more of a captain than I am. Go get them brother.

Way to go Mickey! That is not fun getting bumped around, but you put them on fish and thats what counts!!!!!
