Hot Spots Charters 1/28/2012
What an awesome day in the Gulf of Mexico!! Sunny and calm conditions, what else could you ask for. Today we had the pleasure of taking a group of guys in the Air Force out on an 8 hr trip, they wanted to catch some big fish so we decided to go look for some Amberjacks! We stoped at a few places in about 140ft of water to catch some fish for bait. We filled the well with white snappers and ruby lips and the headed out to a little bit deeper water. We get to the spot and from then on it was out of controle! Every bait got hammered in the first few seconds down. We caught our 8 person limit ranging from upper 30s to 60 lbs. We had plenty of time left so we went and bounced around and picked up a few nice triggerfish, a couple scamp and a Red Grouper.

Me and Krueger had a great time taking this group fishing! They were full of excitement and enthusiasm all day!
