going to be trolling around the pass and out a lil, i have a small center concole and cant go far, hows the kings been out there this week??? any jacks? any reports would help, thanks?

Hey kingfisher, my buddy and I went out around 5:00 p.m. today to satisfy our itch as our offshore trip didn't happen due to work schedules...We began at the Mass for bait with no luck then I suggested we pull Dusters without bait, after no luck out to the farthest bouy out of the pass we circled back heading in andonce inside last bouy we landed a 10lb'r King. Called it a dayand headed back in with several nice steaks for the grill.

I think with live hard tails early in the a.m. would produce betterresultsbut we did get our dinner.Yummy on the grill!
