Destin 5/20/2008 4hr Trip

I did a little 4 hour trip aboard the just b cause today. we had 6 people plus me fishing. it was pretty bumpy and flipper chased us all trip and pulled more than 10 fish of the hook. once it even looked like flipper took a butterflied ruby lip..:banghead

i tried some butterfly jigging but did get anything hooked.

in the end we had 6 nice snappers,a pogy and a pretty big trigger. not an :letsparty trip but its nice being out on the water with some customers that enjoy their fishing excpirience.

How far did you venture out from the pass?

i would say we ran for 45 minutes against the waves making 11 kn so not more than 6 miles to the west.
