Default 11/25 and 11/26 snapper

11/25 I took my uncle Mike and his dad Sam from Texas.
It was a great day to be on the water we caught so many snapper it was on fire but most were 16"-20" fish until they dared me to pick up a rod because I was talking smack driving the boat and not fishing. So I did and the 1st drop I landed a 19 1/2 lb snapper 34" unpinched tail. So obviously the smack talk multiplied lol, then Sam hooked a monster and the fight was on I pulled it over the rail a few minutes later and say dang that's a stud you got me beat... we weighed it at 19.73 lbs he now has a new personal record snapper. We caught a few sharks and trigger then called it a day. He took 2 and a half gallon bags of snapper home to texas.

Sam used his own rod and reel in this photo below and broke the reel on a big snapper that got away.

Saturday 11/26
Me Jim and my neighbor headed out into rough seas
Neighbor got sick as soon as we stopped lol
Jim caught a monster 21 lb snapper 36"
I caught a 12 lb snapper right off the bat then the small snapper and trigger wouldn't leave our baits alone. We probably threw back 30+ snapper 1 after another. We caught our limit early and called it a day.
