Default Are these reefs marked?

Well went out of destin last week and we went about 18 miles out. Along the way we seen about 10 or so rafts and circle floats. What the heck are they for. I guessed reefs that others marked, but anyone smarter than me know. I checked a few for dolphin but did not drop down. Did not want to be nosy.

those are probably someones private reefs just deployed or maybe even a fad. If you will give me the coordinates I will go investigate and get back with you with the answers.

Their all literally due south of the pass in destin. Their are 3 blow up boats. Then their are about 5 or 6 blow up rings. Seem to never move. I did not see rope on them either. I was tempted to go pick one up but did not have a clue what they where there for. Look for the bright green rings. I know their is fish around those. We just happen to have coord. that had those rings around it. I am guessing cheap buoy....

Maybe they were for Air Force training? On one trip I saw a bunch of large orange balloon bags tethered - like big inflated garbage bags. Dunno...but they were definitely there to be seen...

When the wind, lightning, driving rain hit the beach full of tourists, They all head for cover while thier beach toys blow away and float off

I've seen it before...shade tents, umbrellas and blow up beach toys......flying away

Yeah I've seen a lot of that stuff floating around here in PC.My kids now have a really cool boogie board from a trip last year about 10 miles offshore. I was hoping for a phin or two to be under it but no such luck.
