is there a mooring buoy northwest of 131 hole?

I was just looking at a recently purchased chart of off shore Pensicola and noticed a mooring buoy on the chart a few miles north west of the 131 hole. I have never noticed the buoy. Can any one shed any light for me?

I've never seen it and I've been there more times than I can count. It could be new though

There used to be one there a long time ago. I have heard my dad talk about it a few times
