Default Snapper???

<SPAN class=UIStory_Message>I just don't understand why the average joes have to throw back the snapper. While the long lines keep running our waters and the tons of snapper keep going up north and west. They don't have a time to stop fishing just a certain ton a day... Maybe I over exagerate about this but I feel that if we want to save the p<SPAN class=text_exposed_hide>...<SPAN class=text_exposed_show>opulation we should stop the sell and just make it a harvest thing. You don't see people selling deer meat or any wild game on the side of road or any stores. So why should we sell the sea???? I think we should just sell farmed fish just like we sell farm beef. Nobody benefits from buying fish like Mahi or Snapper at a resturant. Just like nobody would benefit from buying tiger meat. I just don't understand why the goverment doesn't see this!! Oh ya I think they do see this??????
What do you think???

For the rec fisherman. I believe that any closure should be across the board and should only be temporary. A permanent closure would be like letting rats take over the city. Eventualy they will overtake every reef. I do believe in species management for the benefit of all...not just for a bountiful commercial harvest...which is what all of this BS is about.
