March 15? Grouper?

So if i do a charter trip on march 15 will i be able to keep grouper out of state waters?

The Grouper areclosed through the 15th of Marchso you will have to wait until the 16th to take Grouper in federal waters.

Thats what i was afraid of,it is quiteignorant why wouldnt they reopen on fri or sat when people go fishing might as well close till 21st

Last I checked, the number hasn't changed - only the day of the week (which happens every year). April 15th was on a Saturday back in 2006 and a Sunday last year. If you wait until 2112, you can fish on Saturday again...
