Default Lemonfishing

Ive never exclusively fished for cobia in the Pensacola area. Ive read a little about it on here and caught several by accident when bottom fishing on up in the summer. What depth do you search for them in and are they drawn to structure? What methods are generally best for this area?

you can ride down the 3rd sand bar and look for them from a tower...

or

you can chum them to the boat.

When chumming, do you anchor about the 3rd sand bar or deeper?
