DHB699 (3/5/2010)Thanks for all the Info guys !! I can't wait for the weather to warm up and the water. How busy does the ramp at Shoreline park get? Also any other suggestions on launch ramps close to the pass I will be coming out of Calera, AL launching early on Saturday morning and staying the night on the boat roughing it.
i know you are talking about leaving out of pensacola but here is an ideal for ya. something i use to do alot. leave from FortMorgan. there are some good little rigs within 10 miles of the beach between the fort and Gulf Shores. we use to tye off to them and fish drift lines for kings and usually caught fish all night long. it's nice fishing the rigs like this at night because they are lit up. plenty of light all night long. if you decide this is something you want to try, p.m. me and i will try to get you some numbers for the rigs we use tocatch good on.
