Default Fin Nor Marquesa

Has anyone tried one of these and what is your opinion. Will they cast a cobia jig any distance?

I bought one last year and use it primarily for bottom fishing with braid and or jigging around the rigs. While they are designed to have free spool and be good casters, I much prefer a spinning rod for casting to cobia. Having said that, it should be as effective as any other high end similar reel.

Thank You
I know they say freespool, but sometimes it's better to ask experience. If it could cast a cpbia jig , it should be great on live bait fishing.
