Default RE: edge

well the thing is the the coordinates you have for the "EDGE" isn't exactly like a reef like you would pull up to and fish, rather it is basically a boundary of where the water depth starts dropping off.. so basically what you do, is go there and maybe troll along the drop off and watch the bottom machine, and when you see a contour change (rock pile, sharp rise/fall in relief on structure ect.) stop and fish it for a second... what i do to save time is when i run across something that looks good i drop down a buttlefly/diamond jig and give it a try usually ole grouper can't resist and will pound it... but if jigging isn't your game drop down a live pin fish or cigar minnow... i hope this helps you out... and good luck and be safe!!

If you are on the shallow side of the edge, (175ft. of water), then head SSE until you fall off the edge, (over 190ft -210ft.) You should read fish right at the drop off. If not, then continue this pattern back and forth until you read fish.
