i live in alabama. have alabama fishing license. if i want to fish florida state waters for amberjack do i need a florida license. also can i still launch from orange beach or do i have to leave from florida? anybody know?

it doesnt matter where you launch from but if you want to fish florida waters then you must possess a florida state fishing license and comply with their regulations while in their waters i.e. you cant fish in alabama and keep an oversized redfish then come into florida waters
