keep it simple. a mold craft bumper teaser on one side, and a squid chain or williamson spreader bar on the other corner. Run a lure just behind, or to the side of each. If you want to spend the dough, get a witchdoctor instead of the bumper teaser, and a badass ilander spreader bar on the otherside.

if you get a bumper, i'd go with bonita or dolphin colors. for me, the spreader bar should be squid colors, or ballyhoo blue. I'm not sure if it matters to the fish or not. It seems like its mostly just to create a silhoutte. the tunas will tear up a squid chain or spreader bar.

I like simple but also like a big ass school of bait behind the boat. Even big dredges are easy to clear once you get a routine down. I rig mine with 6 inch paddle tail "shad" type baits and some plastic hoos. Spreaders with fake hoos and squid work well too and you can set one up for less than 50 bucks depending on what you make it with.

I work at Sam's Bait and Tackle here in O.B. but you can get this stuff at most tackle shops that supply offshore gear

I got my williamson sqid spreader bar at Bass Pro on sale. The guys at J&M tackle rigged a big ass teaser in dolphin colors for me. Paid for parts only; labor on the house. Great bunch of guys.

Chris V- just bought some stuff at Sam's yesterday, didn't know you worked there!!!
