Ft. Morgan report

Went to fort morgan this morning. It was nice, got rather warm. Good rollers coming into the beach. I had it all to myself. Put out four rods. Used fresh peeled shrimp, squid and gulp crabs. Caught 3 pompano on the peeled shrimp. Threw them all back because they were only about 6 inches. I caught two of the pomps on those pomp rigs with the yellow cork on it. This was my first time catching pomps and now I gotta get some bigger ones. Went to the Bass pro today and bought some gulp sand fleas so now I got to try them. Man them dang gulps stink. If it were not for the mild sun burn I don't think my wife would have believed that I went fishing.

Good luck with your new bait. The big ones are a real treat to catch.
