Destin 5/9 redfish, sheephead
Fished in front of Surfside Resort in Destin on Friday from about 8:30 -noon.
Was fishing for Pompano, double hook rig, pyramid sinker. Sand Fleas for bait. Did not catch any pomps, but got my first sheephead (22" 7 lbs) and a barely illegal Redfish. 29", had to throw him back.
