Anyboby walking up and down the beach throwing pompano jigs catching anything?

Bout the only things this time of year would be ladyfish and blue fish.

When will the pompano come back to where you can catch them with jigs?

Pompano fishing will be either feast or famine until the Fall migration starts. Some days you will run into a small school but I think these are local fish which come and go from the reefs and rigs.



As long as the water temps stay high over in Texas and Louisiana, Pompano fishing will be spotty. As the poster states: There's lots of other fish to keep you occupied.



I'm keeping low profile until they start their migration. I have several new things to try this year. Come on Pomps! C2
