IS THE NAVAREE BEACH PIER BUILT BACK YET?

is the navarre beach pier built back yet? it has been down for ever.. im goin down for spring break april 12-15?? i hope its back so i can tear some fish up on it..

Without any delays the estimated completion date is sometime in May 2010. There was an article aboutit Iposted on the forum not too long ago.
