Default white trout?

white trout look to me what i would call a weakfish. is this accurate?

The technical term I believe is Sand Trout.

This would be correct.......the Sand Seatrout(some people call White Trout),Silver Trout,Spotted Seatrout(Speckeld Trout or Specks) and Weakfish are all in the same family but a weakfish is primarily an Atlantic/"northern fish"(NC to New England) although they do range down into SC,GA and NE Fla.

Weakfish look like a Speck except they havemany moresmaller less defined spots........
