Due to your willingness to share info and not hesitate in the least to support a fellow fisherman in the local area you made our day absolutely terrific. I posted a thread Wednesday Night titled "Need help, Please" and the above members promptly replied with terrific intel for a new local fisherman.

Using that info we landed many fish, our first target was the sheepshead at the Destin Bridge, all bit on the fiddlers on the out going tide against the pilings, we got lucky and were able to tie up to the pilings against the channel wall and the current kept us about 2-3 ft away from the piling but in between the east and west lanes of the bridge, perfect spot, largest came in at 16"

We hit the slack tide after a while and decided to go to the jetties and see if we could get into some bait, looked like 2-3 schools of bonita, no luck but the energy rush fromt trying was great. The weather held out so we decided once again to brave the gulf in the trustee ponton. It was like glass, we saw schools of bonita EVERYWHERE, managed to hook one trolling out. We caught several nice snapper, flounder and some things well, we just dont know.

Used the sand perch on the bottom and pulled up some sharks which makes for a good fight, check out the pics. I aplaud you guys and this site, thank you for making our trip a success.

I second the thanks to the PFF community. I'm not from the area and just got a boat in the fall. Many people here have really been generous with advice which has helped me catch a ton of fish as well.
