Default Sorry A$$ fishing report

I fished over in Freeport today. Put in at 4 Mile Creek, one dink Redfish. It was so bad, I pulled the boat out and put in over at Alaqua. More bait than you could shake a stick at. Fished pretty hard, one small bass. WATER TEMP 64+!!!!!! Apparently, the fish didn't read the chapter titled, "Follow the bait".---I think we missed winter.

I drive across 331 bridge and I have always wondered how the fishing was over there. Looks like a lot of flats.

Yeah I always see people fishing from the bank off 331 around the smaller bridges with gold spoons. They must be catching something.

Is one side (North or South) better than the other?

The fishing in 4 mile and alaqua has been pretty ruff for about the last week. I fished 4 mile everyday last week and I think I only caught 5 keeper trout and one red fish. Its been like that since we had that really really low tide last week. I have been catching all my nice keeper trout/reds/strippers in the mouth of Black Creek and the south mouth. Its very odd to be in the channel of 4 mile with 300 birds diving all around and bait as far as you can see with no fish there.
