this past saturday my best friend and number 1 fishing partner and i decided to give the 3mile bridge atry for some trout fishing. we put in about 2 p.m.at the 17th ave boat ramp and went about 2/3 the way to the hump on the pensacola end of the bridge.we were using shrimp, cut bait and berkley gulp[white] for bait. it really didn,t seem to matter what we used because we were catching them so fast onall three baits.we caught so many so fast we filled up the ice chest and had to leave way before dark.we caught a lot of nice size fish with the largest over 19inches which she caught.
hopefully,if i can figure this outi have a picture of her along with a pictue of a recent trip with my granddaughter of which she swears she pulled in 45 fish all by her self.i have had a lot of fun fishing but these 2 trips were really special.

It looks like you all had a great time, a good bite, and a memorable event.
However, I would suggest you wait until March 1st to do it again, when the Speckled troutare back in season, they are closed right now! :doh

Not trying to start any trouble, trying to avoid a young person and maybe an unsuspecting proud Grandmom from a bad experience!I agree and recognizedthe small fish is a white trout or a sliver trout, if you will;butthe bigger one...glad it's not a clear pic! :clap
