Brant,

If you dont mind my asking, what are ya'll using for the reds?

I fished all afternoon yesterday on the North side of the sound. I saw a bunch of reds in 18" - 30" ofwater but they wouldn hit anything. Tried Gulp shrimp & jerks andgold spoons they just turned their noses up and swam away.

They are fun to watch & sneak up on but its frustrating when you cant get them to bite.

Its very tough to get the reds in Santa Rosa sound to bite. Theres alot of Pressure, alot of bait for them, and the water is very clear. I usually throw as small of a soft plastic that I can get away with. I try to go with as light of wieght as possible too.
