posting fish pictures

Can anyone tell me how to post pictures? I am able to use the browser to upload the picture but cannot find an avenue for adding it to text. I suppose this has been asked many times and if I was "fluent" with this software could search for it. But I'm not.

Lesser amberjack 22" fl (4.8 lb). We caught five and have caught them every time we go a little off shore.

Lesser amberjack. We caught five, all about 22" FL. They are reasonably abundant on the near shore structures we fish. These are two we kept to eat, nearly five lb each.
