We decided to go fishing Friday night @ 3-Mile. Launched from 17th @ 7:00 and arrived at our spot. Fifteen minutes after arriving the bite was on!!Five Bull Reds were caught in a matter of two hours. We had several break offs. After catching a couple, we began to use lighter tackle to make it more challenging toget the fish in. It was a freaking BLAST!! Some of the fish took 15-20 minutes to bring in. I have never seen the bite be this good in a long time. ALL fish were safely released after pics were taken. Fish were caught on mullet strips on Owner #5 J-Hooks (bad ass hooks), and 20# floro leader with no weight, we just threw it out and let it drift and slowly sink. Some of the reds hit as soon as the bait hit the water! Awesome night!!
