Eric the Cup was a disaster.. I was on good fish in practice, but could not fin em during the Tourney...Two goose eggs. I caught one 4lb. fish day 2 but was so upset I didn't even bother to weigh.

As far as the wade fishing here, all's I can figure is why deer hunt with a bow rather than a rifle...(challenge)

That's all I can guess, I know I really do enjoy it personally, it's calm, quiet and VERY RELAXING..

wadeing is a much quieter method of approaching big fish. Could it be that all the big trout cant ignore the huge boat so close by? It justseems that i used to catch much bigger fish in my 14 footer.

I am from Pensacola and have been here in League City for about a year...East Matty is... your right...some unbeleivable trout fishing. Me and 7 of my buddies are headed down to stay at Full stringer for three days after christmas.

It's a lot of fun, and we catch a ton of fish.. But the sad news is I only have about 6 weeks left in Texas... Off to Bell Chase, Lousiana for 15 months..

Here as more Texas pictures to make you cast-aways feel at home
