Default Mobile Bay Trout + Freak Ship Waves - New Video Report

Here is the full video, got some good trout action today. We had live croakers but couldn't get eaten at all! Only lures!

Had to watch that again! I am only laughing because everything turned out OK. "Hang on, oh shit! Hang on, it's not through yet!" Sounds like me the last time I went to the dentist!

Yeah that video was definitely something else haha. Where were you fishing? I live in Mobile and would love to rip some lip with you sometime.

It definitely got my attention! What dentist do you go to? I will avoid that practice. Haha.

I live in Foley, we were fishing along the beaches and rock piles on the Bay side of the Fort Morgan Peninsula. We start at the ferry launch and work our way back east.

That area is known for the ship waves. I had a buddy get his boat swamped while he was gigging Ft. Morgan.

Very nice, how long do the fish behave that way along the rocks? I don't fish the eastern shore, usually just dauphin island.

I have heard stories of people floundering and getting their boat washed up on the beach in that area.
