LOTS of SPOTS

Slipped out for two hours today to do some sightfishing. Perfect conditions but only saw one fish. It ate a bass assassin blurp shrimp and the really cool thing was the spots. Wish I had someone with me to take a better picture but at least you can see the pattern. It weighed in the high 20s, big head but long and skinny.

Both sides were equally patterned.

Nice one. But exactly what do you mean when you say " It weighed in the high 20s, big head but long and skinny".......you lost me there....

It was a "Rake"...high 20 lb range. big head but had not eaten much lately. Skinny body....

Most of the time when redfish have a lot of spots like that, they are farm raised.
