Fun!!! What kind of Gulp do you use for specks? Never had any luck with gulp... might not be using it correctly (I hear lots of praise for it though).

2 Mu Ti--I use a 1/8 Jig Head and rig Jig/Darter style.--The type/coler of gulp is up to you but the best sellers are Natural-New Penny-N Chicken to name a few. You may try a Pop and let fall-Pop and let fall--- That seems to workfor me most of the time. Good Luck BT66

Again, another nice report BT66.Have you seen any of those sharks??!! I wade fish all the time inside west pass, and have never had a prob. I went out yesterday morning for the first time in a couple weeks and picked up a couple of Spanish, no lie ,in between flounder. About 8:45, bigger company shows up. Ol Mr. Teeth, pushing 5.5 feet breezes past me about 30 feet to my left and heads out into the deeper water. I stuck around but started watching myself. Ten minutes later he comes back, this time 15-20 feet in front of me. I took the hint and rolled out. Halfway back the same or another shark started smashing through a school of something or other about 70 yards NE of me in the darker water.Wether on vacation or now as a resident, I had never even heard of a shark around there, let alone made a new friend.. What gives? You seen any?
