This coming from a cant tell you where cant tell you what reporter. Sometimes its good to share if you wish to receive.
However you might want to try a popping cork with a jig, pinfish, etc on the edges of where the grass meets the sand bars. |

There are plenty of reds in the sound. Caught 4 yesterday in about 3 hours - largest 28", smallest 25". Could have caught a lot more after I found them, but I don't like to just keep catching when they are automatic. Also caught a 15" flounder and an 18"trout. Try tiger minnows on a carolina rig.

I agree with the hard to findRed.. We fished sat. and wk. different spots. Used finger mullet, cut bait (lady fish) small pinfish and some bull minnows (for flounder), gulp, etc (no live shrimp). move afew miles west over the north side on the sound, looking for some actionnothing. We hit Big Sabine andmullet was boiling everywhere, Caugth some croakers and white trout but no reds. Wind picked up , moved back west , went to the south side mid way NB and found a huge schools of LYs. LYs eventually made it for us, We had a few broke offs around some pilons. LAnded three keepers and one flounder. Hight tide kicked in and it slacked for a while called it a day. We all had fish to take home. :clap Ps: Weather man was wrong again for that one morning.
