ICW---No Fish---1/12/10

ICW---NO Water---No Fish---1/12/10<DIV class=post-text>I went back to Wolf Bay this morning---still no water to launch the boat---so i went to the ICW at LuLus and not much water there. But i got in the water and fished for over three hrs---fished my favorite spots---fished your favorite spots---fished some new favorite spots---no fish---not a bite. One place i went i saw hundreds--if not thousands--of dead/dying mullet and three mullet boats picking them up---6 or 7 people walking the bank or in the water getting them.The birds had started to gather for there share of the food. I was running in the ICW and hit something soft---turned around and went back and found a school of dead/dying mullet schooled in a ball and it looked about 1/2 as big as a basketball court. Something to see. When i say hundreds if not thousands of mullet its hard for some people to comperhend that statement---some people would not beleive there would be that many fish in such a small area. My trolling motor btrys went dead--they were only three yrs old---out---went to Walmart got some new ones---Home---Work on the boat---Get ready for Bill OReilly time...Tonight Sarah Palin joins Bill OReilly on FOX News---i think it will make for some very insteresting and enlightened moments in Evening New---tomorrow back to BPS----BT66

Thanks for the report BT. Seems to be the same one every one is giving on the ICW right now. Definitely a harsh winter so far
