Fish River Reef 5/27/08

Went to FRR this morning--+/- 21 nice Trout---all the Whites we wanted and three nice Flounder.I caught one 27 inch Red---Tagged four big Specks and the Red--took the flounder Home and released all others.

I'm new to the area. Where is Fish River Reef? I'm trying to educate myself with all the local spots/areas. I couldn't find any information online on FRR.

It's on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay between Weeks Bay and BonSecour river.

JD go to some of the bait shops or I have seen them at Wal Mart and pick up a 2008 calender put out by the state of Alabama. It shows all of the reefs in Alabama waters and a whole lot of other fishing information in it. I havealso found them at the State Park. It is worth the effort to find one.
