Destin Surf Fishing

lot of action on the Destin beaches this afternoon and tonight. Ladyfish caught by the "tons" on a chartreuse pomp jigs. anything chartreuse will get you in. also caught some on shrimp. sorry for the crappy report, but the margaritas have taken hold. also, no grass and waves were light to mod. more to follow tomorrow morning

Have you tried the east jetty yet? You would probably have a decent shot at some black snapper if you free line some live shrimp.
