Fished under the destin bridge yesterday from about 10am to 1pm first fish caught was some kind of porgy I think wasnt really sure but kept it since it was 14in. Once the tide started to slow down a little the fish really started biting. All together the 3 of us caught one porgy, 2 oversized reds that were released, one black drum, and 6 sheepshead. It was one of the best days Ive hadin a while.

I think that the slow moving tide is the key there. When the current is full throttle I'm guessing the fish do more of a quick cruise through rather than holding on the structure. I've definately had better luck on those slow moving tide days.
