Come on guys, not looking for a specific dock, just an idea of where to start to provide my brother with the best experience.

Try the grass flats. Theres speckeled trout.

(Beware may catch catfish and many nibbles with pinfish)

But you might have fun pulling on catfish.

Really isn't many lights around Oriole Beach. Try the Bay around Bayfront area. Also if you can get on, Hurlburt field has a boat ramp you can use and there is lots of lights. If you want to catch lights in that area, and don't want to run your boat much, you can try the few docks on the G.B. side, but most lights are used by the owners and they don't keep them on unless they are using them... Just my .02.
