Default Blackwater Bay Report!

Well I tried an assortment of things this afternoon. I was happy to see that the redfish are still there. I hit a bunch of different flats this afternoon between 1:30 and 3:30. I saw a number of fish and caught several nice fish. I decided to keep this fat 23in fish for the dinner table.

I moved up the river at about 4:00 to see if I could chase a striper. There were alot of boats fishing, all catching small trout. I ended up catching about 25small trout then took it to the house. The Stripers were not very active today.

If anyone wants to have fun catching small trout then head up the blackwater river.

My past 2 trips have been nothing but small specks and a small striper up around the S's.
