.....another sheepshead report....

Finally got a chance to hit the water around 4 today with a couple dozen fiddlers and a pretty stout south wind, but wanted fish for dinner... so DAMN THE WIND!!! Fished around the esacambia bay R/R Trestle and the bite was pretty steady considering the conditions, caught prob. 7-8 in an hour. All small around 13-15", but just right for dinner! Sorry no pics....but who wants to look at a 15" sheepie when they are pulling 10 pounders out of the pass...haha

I'm dying to get out there, maybe soon.

They will cook up real good. A lot of work cleaning but it's worth it.
