4 September 2010 Tournamnet Win!!


Amazing Day!! Today I was invited to be a tournament guide for the Fishin Chixs' (Fishin Chix - Pink Rubber Boots Fishing Sisterhood, Women's Fishing, Fishing Apparel)
5th Anniversary tournament. I was joined by my anglers Mrs. Jes Morgan and Mrs. Carrie Boniek. we started out the day deep dropping the 60ft. holes in Escambia Bay and Pensacola Pass. We were quickly hooked up to Black Snapper and Red Snapper which helped put us on the board for the tournament. For a few hours we stayed in a fairly consistent bite of Flounder and Black snapper.

After two hours of filling the cooler with fish for the dinner table we decided to make a change and go after the tournament win! After a short run and a favorable shift in tide we started catching Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel and Ladyfish. The bite was very hot and double headers were the norm!! With the clock running down and a weigh in to make, we hammered down on the Yamaha F25o and headed to the ramp at 54mph!


I had a wonderful team of anglers and was proud to be a part of a great organization! To top it all off Mrs. Jes Morgan won First Place Angler, Mrs. Carrie Boniek was 4th place angler and I won First Place Captain!!

The fishing is HOT and only getting HOTTER!
