2 Trout b4 the rain

Got to quiet water around 8ish this morning, caught plenty of bait, a mix of croakers, pinfish and mullet. Plenty of bites but onlytwo hooked. 1 keeper and 1throw back.Wish the rain hadn't of run us off could have been a great day.

Thanks for the report. Is there plenty of bait to catch at Quietwater?

Plenty of bait, seems like lately all the trout want is the croakers and the fingerling mullet. The trout are shying away from the pinfish and of course the pinfish are more plentiful.
