BINGO - I love it when folks tells what happens. When you can read the excitement in thier post is JUST AWESOME. Theres a few I love reading that post when they post thier reports. It makes you feel like you are there.

I love to hear about the ragging and mistakes that goes on. Don't get me wrong, I love to see the pixs of the big boys caught also but reading about the trip is just more fun.

Great post and look foward to more.

Dylan.......sorry I didn't answer you in my 1st reply.

No, we have no problems launching. But, I back hubby into the water and he drives the boat off the trailor with the motor all the way up. I, then, go park the truck and trailor, lock it up and he pics me up at the dock. Now, we've had some BAD problems picking up but we've about got that solved now. I back down into the water, stick my hand out the window and count 1....................2......................3.... on 3, he hits the 190 merccruiser when I hit the gas and the boat pushes the truck up on the trailor and the truck/trailor/boat up on shore! . Its a REAL piece of cake!!! Our new boat has an awesome amount of power and we just let that MercCruiser do the pushing!!He's EXTREMELY careful about the trim and the prop. But, we've learned a WHOLE lot between the 1st launch and this past one.....which is our 4th.

Sander's beach is about a mile from our house. We come out of the backside of Lakewood, turn right at the Pace Blved light, turn left onto Cypress and we're there. I wish the City of P'cola would have scooped some more sand out after Gustov but I reckon I should be glad the launch is still there. They don't do shit to accomodate the locals around here. Oh well ...............
