Default sheeps in pcola Q

where would be better this weekend to catch some sheeps 3 mile or the I-10 bridge and would it be better to use live shrimp or fiddlers?
Any advice is appreciated

I would personally fish with shrimp, I have found that I can detect the bite a whole lot easier when using shrimp vs. fiddler crabs

I think either bridge is loaded with sheep and I personally have better luck with fiddlers.
