Default Rapala Shadow Rap Shad

This afternoon I launched the kayak in search of Trout. I had a few lures I wanted to experiment with and off I went.

I arrived at the fishing location and pedaled around a bit. I never found any bait and I decided to start working an area that has produced in the past.

A few cast's in and I find the fish. I used a Rapala Shadow Rap Shad and the fish couldn't resist hitting the lure as it began to rise.

Let me know, if there's a lure you would like reviewed.

It's a good bait, for sure.

Tell true, now... do have a sponsorship or are you just sharing for fun?

Just sharing for fun.

I have been reviewing a ton of different baits and the goal is to help customers catch more fish.

Was wondering how that lure would perform. Can't stand that damn commercial for it. But hell, good vid and input. Might have to stop by and get me one.

The color is was using in the video was Olive Green. It's an excellent color for bright days. If it's overcast I would recommend Purple Haze.

I've had good luck with the 'Halloween' color for whatever reason. I like the look of the Purple Haze. Also want to try the Albino Shiner.
