Lure color

Ive been using a chartreuse Doa in darker water and catching plenty of specks. This weekend I fishes big lagoon and and had no luck with that color so I switched to free lining live finger finger mullet and immediately started catching fish what are the best colors to use in clear water over the grass flats?

ive been usinf BG jerk shad in white/flouresent yellow., they tear it up as soon as i start to reel. good luck

I match the color to the natural bait around or use chartreuse. One of my favorite looks is a mirrodine with a dark green back and white belly.
