Just starting to fish plastics, heard alot about 3"shrimp new penny gulp. How would you go about fishing for flounder with this plastic.

I use flutter hooks but you can used a jig head too just make sure its heavy enough to stay on the bottom

small jig, 1/8 oz to 1/16oz, with nothing larger than a 3" gulp...at least that's what works for me
