Default Big Lagoon State Park - Baitfish

Kind of a newb-ish question, but I am planning to do a little wading/shore fishing at BLSP in the few days (but may end up fishing the surf if its slow)... Is it legal to collect bait fish/shrimp with a dip net (not cast net) at BLSP? Anything needed besides a standard fishing license? I can get 4-5 decent pinfish (+ misc stuff) per swipe in the grass, but haven't kept anything yet. I think a baited sabiki would work pretty good too.

I've honestly always just used lures or bought bait, but want to catch my own this time around. Anyone know what shops have bull minnows, in case I can't catch enough bait?

Thanks...

Just a non-resident license will cover it all. the pinfish are good bait, you can catch your own shrimp and use them as well. but I usually only see shrimp at night there. Grey's tackle also has live bait (Winn Dixie shopping center just up the road).

Thanks. Two people told me two different things, both been fishing for a while, so I was a bit confused.
