Default before or after?

is it better to fish for trout before or after the incoming cold front?

thanks for the replies, any other input? i have always heard and done well right before a cold front on many types of fish, but have also done very well on reds and trout after the cold front goes through and it is cold and windy. i know there is somebody out there that has some science or experience who can help. how about it?
