17th ave. tressel

hey guys I live by the 17th ave. tressel/boat launch and was wondering what one could catch there and what bait to use? I was thinking about freelining live pins for some specks or redsand putting some dead shimp/cut baiton the botton

Specks, reds, flounder, etc on mostly an outgoing tide. Nice size jacks to be caught in that area near fall.
